Bio
Buster and Huey were adopted from local rescues.
Okanagan small dog rescue & dachshund & friends rescue.
Buster was adopted as a companion for our elderly Boxer Bentley who had been profoundly grieving the loss of our Golden retriever Riley.
Buster quickly won his way into Bentleys heart and ours.
We fell in love with the Dachshund breed, and decided to adopt another and found Huey.
Our boxer passed a month after adopting Huey.
Thankfully they have us and each other.
We did not choose them, they chose us!
As we struggled with the loss of our senior dogs, Buster & Huey reminded us daily that we still had so much love to give and that they were ready and waiting to receive.
We now have two very spoilt Dachshunds AKA fur babies.
We are so grateful to BCSPCA and local rescues for everything you do for these precious animals in need!
