Hello! My name is Bali The Cat, but you can call me Bali or BTC!
Although I wasn’t rescued from the SPCA I’m sure that’s where I was headed if my previous family couldn’t find a home for me. I wasn’t getting along with the new dog and baby and honestly wasn’t living my best kitty life. And let’s be real here, being a tortie wasn’t helping the situation. My ‘tortitude’ is genetic!
My family had a SPCA rescue kitty before I got here and they loved her for 18 years before she crossed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge.
James began a search for a new kitty and although several other kitties had been interviewed I happily accepted the position.
My family loves me for my specialized skills which include; ninja-ing, fly catching, walking on open and in use laptops, boxing, soccer, parkour, ghost chasing, darting out any open door, random ankle grabbing, sous-cheffing and napping.
My family fully supports my amateur bird watching hobby and have even installed feeders in the yard so I can watch them up close! I try to chat to the birds but I haven’t quite mastered their dialect.
I am a pretty good kitty overall and try not to manipulate the humans too much but sometimes they just make it too easy! My one trick involves waiting until I know Leila is headed to bed and then I curl up on her lap all cute and she can’t get up! LOL!!
