Snuggles is a white furry cat with entrancing blue eyes.We do not know what breed he is or how old he is, but we know he is old. My old neighbour found him on the side of the road as a kitten. His paw was badly injured and it was night time, he was scared. So she took him in for long enough to make him strong enough to be able to go home, if she could find the owner. About a week later she thought he was ready. She had been putting up posters from one end of Kelowna to the other. the next evening it was Christmas. My family and I had recently got a kitten. He was not a very clean kitten, and I was four so I didn't care if he had dirt on him. I loved every inch of him. That night he had been bugging my mom. Clawing at her. She gave him attention and asked him what he wanted. He jumped off the bed and ran to the door. So she picked him up and walked outside. The lights were on and the door was opened. She carefully set him down next to the door and made sure he couldn't escape her arms. Then a cars lights flashed as they were driving by and he clawed her and ran out into the road. He was hit on the road but my mom didn't know so she picked up a flashlight and went looking for him but she could not find him. After hours of looking in the night she decided to go to sleep because the sun was starting to rise. Once my dad found out he went out to the end of the road looking for him and found his dead body. But he told me he didn't see him because he didn't have the guts to tell me the truth. A few hours later my neighbour knocked on the door with Snuggles. She gave. Him to us. We put up posters to find the owners for atleast two weeks, but no luck. So we kept him and named him snuggles, but before we named him that, we thought he was a girl and I wanted to name him cupcake. When we found out he was a boy everybody except me wanted to name him snowball. But I wouldn't except it. I wanted to name him Snuggles.
