Benny is a seven year old Yorkshire Terrier from Saskatchewan. We got him at 7 weeks of age. Benny came with a lot of health issues and it was a very long fight for Benny as well as me. It took almost a year to nurse him 24 hours a day to get him to one pound. To date as a result of bad breeding not known by us at the time Benny had a very severe bowl infection and Coxsidia which almostcost him his life. He slept wrapped in a face cloth on my chest for the first year of his life. Since then he has had both his rear knees replaced and had one bladder surgery for a large stone the blocked the flow of urine.
Benny is a very special little boy and is smart as a whip, a problem solver, and a younger brother to our 12 year old long haired Chihuahua Scooter and an older brother to our Sheltie Juno Blue.
Today Benny is a happy healthy little boy who is like my own child.
