Mama Chin is a healthy 5 year old female chinchilla. She is very protective over her cage, and loves to chew on everything she isn’t supposed too! Mama Chin has really helped me understand the meaning of trust and love by providing me with her companionship. Although very busy dealing with her daughter and the lack of treats she receives, she always finds the time for a quick nap on her favourite wheel! When I first adopted her she was very shy and wouldn’t dare leave her cage. Now, she looks for every excuse to be out of it and even refuses to go back in it once let out. Mama Chin is an extremely extraordinary chinchilla and I’m so lucky to have the opportunity to call her my pet!
