Pepe is a rescue puppy from Mexico where he was rescued by very kind humans & brought to a shelter to regain his strength & weight. He was flown to Victoria & rescued by Raincoast Rescue. I fostered him , fell in love & adopted Pepe. He was injured on the streets & has no toes on his hind right foot with his left having one toe left. Given how his early life was he is an amazing calm mellow loving pooch. He brings so much joy to my life & I love him to bits!!!
