Toby is a tenacious little Jack Russell-Rat Terrier cross. He came home to BC from San Bernardino, California. He was about 2 when he made the big move to Canada where he found his forever home. He loves long walks on the beach, snuggling in for movie night and, as you can see from his photo enjoys fine dining. He has an older sister Marcie whom he loves to pester. He's smart, sweet, full of beans and the best friend to his humans.
