Oscar and Jas were on the streets of Puerto Vallarta. Jas had her one eye shot out and her front teeth kicked out. They were taped up in a box to be thrown out. The PV SPCA took them in. A fellow had a deal with WestJet to send dogs to the Edmonton SPCA. I saw them online and went to Edmonton to pick them out. They are mother and son and such wonderful dogs .
