This is River! He was adopted from the NWT SPCA
He is a mixed breed who loves the beach, adores people and other dogs, is very intelligent and has completely changed my life for the better. His Mom is a Golden Retriever cross and I think he has cattle dog in him because he pays attention to every sound, bird, animal, person and activity going on around him and quietly sneaks up on dogs before playfully pouncing with joy!
He has given me new purpose and drive and I couldn't have asked for a better rescue dog and sidekick. I truly feel that I am the lucky one.
