Phred was adopted from the Port Coquitlam SPCA (aka Ferdinand) in August of 2015. Our family, at the time including a 6 month old Golden Retriever, was looking for a little buddy who was affectionate and could handle the crazy antics of the puppy. Phred fit in immediately. and is the sweetest cat we've met.
