Jack (the blondie) is a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix that we were asked to transport from a kill shelter in California. When I saw his picture I fell in love and told them he was coming home with me. After three days of telling them this they asked if I was serious and I said "yes!" so they let me keep him. He was the best Mother's Day gift ever! He is so well tempered, doesn't bark or whine and has totally bonded with Sally. They are inseparable!

Sally (the red head wrapped up in her blanket) is a chihuahua/Whippet cross that was rescued from northern BC. She was abandoned at the side of the road in -18C, 2 feet of snow. My boyfriend was driving truck and almost ran over her with his rig, she was in the middle of the highway. He picked her up and took her into his truck and after a couple of hour of not being able to find her home decided she would be better with us. That was 5 years ago and as you can see, she's just so hard done by in our home. Spoiled is an understatement :) She's the most loyal, loving friend I've ever had. She gives the best cuddles!
I love my little rescues and can't wait to add a 3rd to our home to make the three musketeers complete!
