Rocky aka king was surrendered to the SPCA when the owner was not able to care for him. He had many medical issues in which the SPCA were able to fix. He had 11 teeth removed, ear infection, bladder infection and completely matted coat. You wouldn’t know it was the same dog from the before and after pictures.
