Emma, arrived at the SPCA from the streets of Penticton with 6 kittens in tow. Sadly 4 of them died and Emma was very ill. We adopted her 5 months later at 11 months of age. We had to introduce her to 3 large dogs at home but they accepted her at once. At first, she was desperate to go outside but we waited until Spring to put in a cat door. We live out of town. She is a very tiny cat but can run fast and quickly climb up trees. She is now 13 - quite a survivor!
