Karma and Athena are from Alberta. Karma (black brindle staffy Corso mix ) had an especially traumatic past life. She was thrown out of a moving vehicle , emaciated, running loose in -30 Alberta winter weather for 10 days before capture. Karma spent a couple of weeks in care at a vet hospital and thankfully recovered. I saw her story online and applied to adopt! There's a reason her name is Karma :-)

We just moved back to my home province of BC and live in Parksville on Vancouver Island. My furry family includes three dogs, two cats & two hamsters . My girls Karma & Athena (American Pit Bull Terrier) are seeing the ocean for the very first time.!
