Animal Bio
Chassa is now 13. She has been with us since she was 6 weeks old. She is an incredible dog. She is devoted to my husband. When she was about 12 weeks old we had to travel and left her with our daughter who had a cat named Georgia. She thinks the word for cat is Georgia. It's funny when you ask her where the cat is and she doesn't react but if you ask her where Georgia is she gets very excited looking for a cat. At about 6 months old she trained herself to wake my husband up when his blood sugars are low. She keeps pawing at him and low barking until he gets up and takes care of himself. She has a sweet temprement and is good with people of all ages. She especially loves children which is funny because we never exposed her to young children. She has had some unsuccessful surgeries on her hind legs and is now partially disabled. We have a stroller for her and she still loves her walks.
