Bitsy was a polydactyl cat that came in to my home unexpectedly. A friend found her on the street one very cold winter day. Having two cats already and moving back to Vancouver I offered to take her into my home. It was the best decision I every made.
For 6 months I took her for walks on a lead so I wouldn’t loose her!!!
Little did I know friends when I was away would let her go walk about on the acreage I lived on. She always came home, she knew where the treats were.
Over the years she was loved by many... she greated everyone visiting and bonded with my friends who looked after her while I travelled for work.
She was a great catcher of mice and loved to explore and climb. She was very gental and had an amazing temperament... sleeping upside down was a favourite pastime.
Like all pet lovers I have hundreds of pictures of her...this being one of my favourite and shows her personality.
She was my best friend for 15 years and it was a sad day when she went to sleep under her favourite bush and passed away.😢
I hope people love her as much as I did.
