Joey (golden) has been my best friend for over 14 years, and Louie is a good friend of hers. Joey was adopted from the Edmonton SPCA and instantly made my life richer. She has a great sense of humour and absolutely loves eating anything remotely edible. This is a picture of our trip to one of her favorite hikes. She is so expressive.
She brings joy to so many people. Most people and pet friendly businesses in our area know her by name. She has a sister named Shanti who is a tiny tuxedo cat. Shanti loves to clean her paws and cuddle her and Joey pretends not to like it but I’ve walked in on her cuddling back when she thinks that no one is watching. Shanti is an outdoor cat and Joey protects her when we go on walks together.
She means the world to me and I wanted to share her picture with you. Louie is an amazing pup, too. Not as great as Joey but he’s definitely great.
