Podunk the Trash Panda is a rescue puppy, originally from High Level AB. (His friends, who are everyone, call him “Po”!) Po and his littermates were found just in the nick of time, near-death in temperatures approaching -50c!

Po is a cross-breed, possibly Australian Shepherd and/or Border Collie cross. He became a permanent member of his household when his foster family adopted him shortly after his arrival on the West Coast. He loves everyone, including the two kids that are helping care for him and raise him.

Po lives in Port Coquitlam, and enjoys walks around the neighbourhood or along the trails and rivers. While on walks, Po’s family likes to stop and talk to all of the people and dogs that are curious to meet him.

Po is very happy with his family, and is already showing them how smart he is! He is crazy for peanut butter, and loves to cuddle up and watch Netflix at the end of an active day.

Most importantly, Po has shown his family that they need him just as much as he needs them.
