Charlie came to us as a 5 week old to foster from the Victoria SPCA. He was rescued from a downtown crack house weak, very tiny and a bad eye infection. I quarantined him for 2 weeks and he recuperated physically, but he struggled with being super shy and skittish, and loud noises made him run and hide. However as time goes on he is slowly feeling less anxious. To help we got him a brother from another mother and this has had a huge positive impact. They help me foster kittens now and show them the ropes. It’s come full circle.
