This is Macs. He is a Chihuahua cross who at 6 weeks old was abandoned thenrescued while tied to a dumpster in a McDonald’s parking lot in New Mexico. He has been a cherished member of our family for six years.
Two years ago our family had a series of tragic events .. in ‘less’ than one year I had a total knee replacement, two cataract operations, suffered a heart attack plus two strokes, our daughter passed away then someone picked Macs up and broke his front leg after dropping him.
While the surgery to repair his leg was extremely costly it was worth every penny for it was Macs who provided the therapy which enabled us to overcome ‘our’ issues but regardless, we would helped him in his time of need for that’s what he did for us.
