Greetings,

This is a photo I took of my wonderfull pet chickens Petals (the black one) and Pepper (the chick). They live a peacful life on my family's farm, along with our other chickens and animals. Petals hached Pepper on a sunny day in May 2016, by herself with no human interference, it was truely a memorable surpise! Chickens have vary unique personalities and they make such great friends. I don't look at my animals as pets or livestock, but rather in a more personal way. I want to share this heart warming photo with others, so they can enjoy a moment of spring and motherly love. If this picture makes it to the calander, I hope that others will love this photo as much as I love my chickens, Petals and Pepper.
