Animal BioArthur steals the hearts and socks of everyone he meets. He loves showing off his high-five skills, a good game of fetch, and getting into trouble. Arthur was adopted from the Victoria BC SPCA branch in January 2015 at 10 weeks old and has given us the best cuddles ever since!
