Capitan is a rescue from the Dominicans Republic in 2014 where I found him wandering in the streets begging for food. Originally I had planned to foster him until a suitable home could be found but I fell in love with him and he became a permanent member of my family. Capitan has a spicy personality and is so full of love I often joke that he is “too much” as he sneaks his way onto my lap on the couch. He is full of energy and loves to run, probably thanks to a very prominent Rhodesian Ridgeback ancestry (according to the vet!). Capitan has enriched my life in so many ways and I am so proud of the dog he has become!
