Avocado arrived in Canada of October 2018 after a rough start to life in Korea. At first he wouldn't leave his kennel and it took 2 weeks to get him outside for a walk. He would wake up howling throughout the nights for the first month but now sleeps peacefully on his bed and his owner's bed too! He had a lot fear of people and had to be shaved due to matted fur. But gradually he fell in love with walks! Now they're his favorite thing. He greets all the people he sees and wants to be pet. He's still not a fan of car rides or sudden movement and spends time hiding under the bed to sort things out on his own. He is learning what toys are and how to play and be a dog a little more everyday. He loves his homemade dog food, loving owner, great groomers and will always be thankful to the organization that gave him a second chance at a happy life!! Therefore he wants to help all animals live their best life by fundraising for the BCSPCA and hopefully telling his story in this calendar.
