Kali likes to spend her day relaxing on the frequently contested window sill, chirping at the hummingbirds and squirrels as they fly and scurry around the yard. This little independent rescue kitty likes to act tough and get her treats first. She's always plotting sneak attacks on our ankles and taking a swipe at her brother's tail, but it is forgivable as she eventually hops up into our laps with a "mew" for some well deserved snuggle time.

Jokes aside, Kali was abandoned by her owner after 1 year and, due to her spunky attitude, spent the whole following year in foster care waiting to be loved. Without rescues like BC SPCA, Kali would not have found her furrever home with us. ❤️
