Stella, also known as bud-bud, stuuler, Stelly Belly, or sniffle snort, was adopted by us from the SPCA in 2017 after she was hit by a car and broke her leg. Initially she was timid girl who needed a lot of reassurance and special food because of digestive and skin problems. In spite of her tough start, Stella knew from day one how to love her humans with all her doggy heart. Today, our little bud-bud is queen of the beaches and parks of northern Vancouver Island. Here she is in the photo having 'won' a game of fetch, showing off the balls that she caught with her big happy smile.
