Meet Doobie and his little cousin Lilly. Doobie was rescued at approximately 3 and a half months old. His brother was also rescued at the same time. Both pups were left behind in an abandoned trailer without food or water for days. My neighbor heard their cries and found them. He adopted Doobies brother and named him Awesome and I took Doobie in. Both boys spent the last 3 years living and playing side by side. Doobie is the absolute love of my life. He goes everywhere with me, only leaving my side to go for the occasional swim. He was more than likely a fish in his former life. This photo was taken with his cousin Little Lilly, his best little friend. He always looks out for her and she can always be found on his heels during our walks.
