My daughter, Tyanaa and her fiance Matt, wanted to add another fur baby to their family so when they found Skittles' adorable photo on the BCSPCA website, it was love at first sight. Tyanaa and a friend drove to Vernon in August 2018 to meet 6 week old little Skittle, adopt her and bring her to her 'furever' home. Her personality is energetic and playful with wide eyes and adorable expressions. Her fur is a multitude of unique patterns and colours and her clear, amber coloured eyes show how sweet and mischievous she is. After 3 days, her older brother, Jax, finally accepted his new little sister and were soon playing, cuddling and even 'bathing' one another! She is very curious and loves water and will take any opportunity to put her paws into a glass of water or lick the dripping tap water from the tap in the sink. She loves to play with Starbucks drink stoppers and packs it around, later hiding it underneath mats or carpets. She loves cuddle time with Matt, her fur-dad, and likes to lick the end of her tails until she falls asleep. Did I mention how photogenic she is? She loves to pose and be extra cute when she knows she is being photographed!
Skittle is Tyanaa and Matt's first pet together and they are so thankful everyday that she is part of their lives (and I am too cause I love my little Grandkitties!) <3
