This is a photo of Walter when he spent the afternoon at the Prince George SPCA to help his mom raise money at #LockIn4Love! He's an 8 month old, 3.5 lb Yorkshire Terrier with a ton of personality. He's so appreciative of everything the SPCA does for animals in need!!!
