Jake's Mama came up from a kill shelter from Mexico... she was very pregnant and we couldn't let her be killed. A week after arriving in Canada, Mama gave birth to 8 puppies. Although I had my eye on Mama, she was already spoken for. Little Jake caught my heart and I was smitten. He now joins his sister Tiger Lilly the kitty that was adopted from the SPCA.
