This isn’t hero dog Jack, doing why he LOVED! I found him underneath my deck 12 years ago. He was in rough shape, full of lacerations and malnourished. We found out he was abandoned by bad people who were arrested. His spirit wasn’t hurt though. He was full of so many kisses and love that day.
He stole my heart from day one. He crawled right into my arms and I never let go. I took him to the lake lyre that week and soon discovered what sort of goofball this cute little white dog was. He swam for nearly 3 hours. He only came to shore to pee! Then he would run back in to the water!
He was such an easy going fella! He loved children and how they would play at the beach with him for hours!
He was a very kind loving dog who changed so many ignorant peoples opinions on Bully Breeds and Pitbulls. Jack had so many unique personality traits; one of which was a true obsession for swimming! He loved to launch himself into any body of water! We would just open the truck door and out he went- running straight to the water and then a big leap with a huge splash! He could swim for hours! He mucked around in mud, swamps and puddles too. He dunked his whole face into the mud! He was my adventure partner and he summited many mountain peaks with me. He came mountain biking with us and always waited and checked to make sure everyone in the group was still coming! He loved all creatures and was especially fond of his brother Broo and sister Kaya!
Jack’s zest for life was contagious, so was his big goofy grin! Seriously he had the biggest smile I have ever seen. I’m not too sure how old Jacks was, but we estimate 13-15.
He had a courageous battle with cancer for the second time, that eventually took its toll on him. He passed away while the sun was shining on April 10, 2019. If he was still on this earth with me today, he would be suntanning and howling in his sleep. He is swimming with the angels 💜
