Sir Edward Tedworth (Teddy) was found as a stray in California. He was dirty and matted and had sores on his face and body. He was ultimately brought to Canada by PB & Chi Dog Rescue Society, where he received treatment to heal his wounds and got medicine for his allergies. He is now happy and healthy, living his best life.
