Jersey and his brothers and sisters were found abandoned at 4 weeks old. My dad sat outside of the SPCA for hours the day they were adopting the puppies. Jersey had a special quality that just made us fall in love with him. He is full of character and has a hilarious personality. He is part of our pack! We are so lucky to have him.
