This is my handsome man Romeo I adopted him when he was about 6 months old when we went on a mission to adopt we found him at the second shelter we went to and he literally leapt from his cage to my shoulder poor guy was covered in fleas and feces as he had just arrived at the shelter he was my best friend we went through a lot together I taught him to walk on a leash and eventually without one as well he played fetch he snuggled he met me at the door every time I came home he moved with me from BC to Alberta and then many years later back to BC where he eventually passed from kidney failure at the age of 18 now he is in a marble box in my living room where I still say hi to him every day
