Louie is a special needs Chihuahua rescued from California in late 2018. He was an owner surrender at a shelter in LA, he was stuck in medical due to his handicap and wasn't getting seen by potential adopters. Lucky for him, a rescue pulled him and he made is way to Canada. He is a big cuddler, loves to go on long slow walks, and he lives for treats. Louie wants everyone to know that rescue dogs are the best doggos!!
