Sam is a 7year old male. He is considered the complex's Fonzie. He is a cool cat who is lovable and safe. Sam actually has had cats whining at the door or even get up on to the 2nd-floor balcony to visit him. When I go for a walk around the complex he always walks along with me. We usually get people asking if he was trained to do this, but no, he just loves his family. He is the grand "fur" baby to my parents who live next door. Sam is one in a million.
