Ellie is a rescue dog who joined our household in December, 2023. She was in dire need of 'refinements', as stated by her foster mom. Ellie has done amazingly well in the year she's been with us. Mornings at the dog park have enabled this highly intelligent little girl to acquire the social skills she lacked when she came to us. We take her everywhere, and she's become accustomed to meeting new people who want to fuss over her because she's so cute. Ellie is a 'ball dog'. She wants to fetch and return any kind of ball, anywhere, anytime. She is keeping us active and inspired as we age, and we have developed a profound love for her.
