Bobbi (10) and Chowder (2-ish) are a small-but-mighty Pomeranian duo with personalities that far exceed their fluffy size.

Bobbi, better known as "Bobbi Barker" is a proud northern girl, adopted from the Yukon and still deeply in love with snow, wide-open spaces, and being loudly involved in everything. At 10 years young, she’s a sassy, snuggly blonde who’s fiercely loyal, endlessly loving, and happiest when she’s running free through the forest, tearing up the beach, or supervising the household with strong opinions and a very powerful bark.

Chowder is the wildcard with a redemption arc. Recently adopted from California, he arrived underfed, untrained, and deeply suspicious of his own reflection. With patience, love, and a lot of snacks, he’s slowly discovering the world isn’t so scary. When he feels brave, he transforms into a scrappy red fluff tornado who hoards “treasures” like laundry and toddler toys in his bed, climbs furniture like a cat, steals food when no one’s looking, including a legendary chicken wing theft off the kitchen island, and believes every morning coffee is meant to be shared.

Together, Bobbi and Chowder are equal parts wisdom and chaos, sass and sweetness. They’re living proof that love, patience, and second chances can turn uncertainty into joy—and that’s why their family proudly supports the SPCA, so more animals can find the safety, healing, and happily-ever-after's they deserve.
