Animal Bio
Simba was born while his mom was being fostered in 2022. His mom was one of the many cats rescued from a hoarding/breeding situation of bengals and savannahs in 2022. I met Simba and his brother Winks at the BC SPCA in West Vancouver. The brothers were a bundle of energy and I could not leave the centre without taking one of them home. Simba is a loving, social, and playful cat who loves food, his toys, and our family. He can be seen stealing and carrying small stuffed animals in his mouth, to bring to us so we can play with him. Another favourite pastime is to pounce on our other cat Sumie. His favourite toy is a wand toy with a pink plush tip, with which he carries in his mouth and runs into walls with. Being very athletic and agile does not stop Simba from being a lap cat as he will come to our laps in the evening to take short naps. His loyalty is shown as he follows us around and comes when called. Simba has stolen our hearts!
