These two noodles are the funniest pair. Boomer (big boy) is our suck. He loves to monitor our back yard for squirrel activity and receive multiple belly rubs a day. Bambi (little sis) loves to bully her big brother, steal his toys, nip at his heels and chase him around the yard. Both are a big fan of left over human food, couch snuggles and playing with all their doggie friends. We got Boomer only 3 days after we lost our first dog, and Bambi came to us a few days after our wedding. She is also a biological sister of our first dog. The two of them would accompany me to work every day and became a fixture in our family owned business. My Dad, also my boss, adopted one of Bambi’s brothers, and my aunt adopted one of her sisters. We have a whole crew of Aussie siblings now, which is literal mayhem, but the most fun ever. Imagine having 5 Aussie Shepherds in one back yard… If you know, you know.
A few months ago, Boomer and Bambi became older siblings to their first human baby as well. They love her SO much. They are always creeping as close as we will let them get, and stealing as many kisses as we will allow. We know they will be our daughters most fierce protectors as she grows.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have these two crazy dogs as a part of our growing family. One day we hope to add more to the mix… whether it’s more dogs or more babies we are unsure of yet!
