Alister found my husband, Darren and I, when he was just a kitten in November of 2001 just outside Winnipeg, MB at a friend's farm. Alister had been hanging out around our friend's farm for a few days before we came to visit. When Darren was about to leave Alister noticed that our car did not have any kitties in it, and he thought we needed one, so he jumped in the car. Darren phoned me to ask if it was alright for Alister to come home with him. I stated, "Of course, we always have room for a kitty." Alister has now been a happy member of our family for 14 years now and we cannot image a day without him; we are so very happy he found us.
