When we adopted Bear-Lee a year and half ago he was scared and just had surgery to repair a hernia. It took some time to gain his love and trust, now we can't imagine life without him. Bear-Lee loves to hunt and keeps the entire neighborhood rodent/snake free. He also watches over the house, if anything is wrong or out of place he will come get me. For example one morning I was sleeping and the front door blew wide open. Bear-Lee yowled to wake me up and kept yowling until I went and saw what was wrong.
He loves playing in the rain and snow; as well as playing fetch and blankie monster. Last year the family dog was dying of cancer. Even though they weren't the best of friends, Bear-Lee stayed by his side to comfort him in his final days.
