Animal Bio
Born in April 2015 Rosa (previously Mindy) moved from one BCSPCA shelter to the Vancouver BC SPCA Branch where she stayed for five months. Due to not having the best start in life, Rosa did not give the best first impression. Her mistrust in people was apparent as she was very vocal about it! She was finally adopted in November 2018 and is now living her best life being adored by her humans, who know behind the barks she is just a big softie!
Her hobbies include sleeping (snoring very loudly), eating, cuddling and accepting kisses. Rosa is also a star student in her dog training Zoom class with Princess Gracie (iheartgracie) an amazing rescue dog and her lovely owner Tanya. Rosa's favourite tricks are "crossed paws", "sit pretty" and "paws up" on fire hydrants around the neighbourhood, she is still working on "hush" although "talk" is not a problem! For alphabet trick class - to demonstrate the letter "y" she used a yellow dog IPA beer can to do "touch". She is the ultimate "yellow dog"!
