Animal Bio
Murph is a 4yr old Bernese Mountain Dog and a proud Yellow Dog alumni, as it was the first brewery he visited as a puppy. He used to be ~130lbs but he’s been working out and is in tip top shape. He loves kids and puppies and pretty much everything. His favourite pastime is lying in the middle of the road so cars have to stop and say hi to him.

His personality resembles a large goofy cartoon character and he has been referred to as a national treasure. His favourite treats are carrots, cucumber, and full heads of romaine lettuce. Does he shed a lot? Yes, but only twice a year for about six months at a time.

He doesn’t bark and he’s scared of most noises. Once a smoke detector battery got low and he hid in a tabletop houseplant to get away from it. He doesn’t swim but he’s willing to get his knees wet and that’s pretty adventurous. Murphy even has a degree from the University of British Columbia - in canine critical thinking. If there’s one thing Berners are known for, it is not critical thinking.
