Maverick isn’t just any dog! He’s a lovable, energetic 2-year-old Norwegian Buhund with a heart wide open to the wild. From the moment his paws hit the ground, he’s been loving life running through the forests, trekking in the mountains, and fetching for sticks in water. During winter, you can see him plunging into huge piles of snow! His adventures have been nothing short of extraordinary. Maverick has stared down moments that would rattle most, from hanging on the side of a cliff in his harness to surviving a night pinned in a river cave before being rescued by Squamish Search and Rescue (Check Global News for his story: https://globalnews.ca/news/10711769/squamish-search-rescue-helicopter-dog-request/) Yet, nothing holds Maverick back from loving his life outdoors! He doesn’t just live in BC’s great outdoors, he embraces it with his whole being.
