Coal (formerly Castiel) is a Schnoodle who just turned 2. Our two other dogs are named for their colors, so we had to follow the naming pattern. So, we have Cotton, Copper, and Coal, a beautiful canine rainbow!

Although we’ve had him just shy of two months, we love him tremendously! He is thriving! He came to us “quite a bit underweight,” but he’s eating great. The vet is pleased that Coal is on his way to a healthy weight.

He’s a smart and sweet boy! Highly treat motivated, he learned the down command very quickly. Thank you so much to Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary in Chapel Hill for helping us add Coal to our family! ❤️
