Phoebe is a total love ❤️ dog. She came to me as a Jack Russell Terrier. Huh? I got her DNA and she is Yorkie, Maltese, mutt. She is the sweetest dog ever. She should win because there is no other dog as calm, loving, and deserving of having her photo (on one of her bad hair days) on a beer can.
