Beau bounded into our lives on June 19, 2006, stealing our hearts instantly. BRBR estimated him to be approximately two years old when we adopted him. Beau was a lap basset and lived to be loved by his people. He loved treats, his brother Tully, hunting in his yard, and protecting his home as well. Beau eventually suffered from several diseases and afflictions but, throughout it all, his tail seldom stopped wagging. He died on February 18, 2017, in his mama’s arms. We will love and miss him forever. Tim and I will always be so grateful to BRBR for pulling him out of that euthanasia room in Mississippi all those years ago and saving his life. Beau has been a “calendar boy” a few times over these past years. We would love for him to have this honor one last time for our favorite cause.
