Buddy was found as a stray eating garbage before he was rescued by Belly Rubs. He had terrible anxiety and there was some difficulty finding the right home for him. I saw right away that Buddy had some amazing qualities and with just a little patience and encouragement he blossomed into the charming man about town that he is today. Buddy is a snazzy dresser that loves shopping, car rides, and demanding the attention of every person (and animal) he meets. He is a connoisseur of fine foods but strongly believes that all foods are created equal, so not-so-fine foods are also acceptable. In 2015 Buddy received the Canine Good Citizen Award and in 2017 he was named King of the Belly Rubs Basset Rescue Waltz.
