Jasper was a sweet pup. He was rescued by Belly Rubs this year. This brave dog was toting around an 18+ pound lipoma or “fatty tumor” on his back... The UT Veterinary staff successfully removed the mass, which was literally the size of a Thanksgiving Day turkey! Jasper bounced back from surgery very well - becoming the happiest dog on earth, instantly 20 pounds lighter! We enjoyed his snuggles and his smiley face for another month, but unfortunately at that time his kidneys failed and we had to say goodbye.... he was brave til the end - all of us who knew him miss his smiley face every day!
